Business Outlook
Pros
The people are wonderful - truly genuine and collaborative. The company is trying to get business back on track and focus on the growth areas. There is a verbal change from driving profit to driving sales growth - much more exciting!
Cons
The culture has shifted - there are less family friendly opportunities (i.e. part time roles got reduced); manager jobs were created during the re-org and managers were told they would have larger teams and that would be their focus, but all of a sudden the jobs turned back into working manager jobs with huge teams; the leadership team is not very inspirational right now.
