Pros

Decent benefits. People are outwardly friendly Good work life balance

Cons

A culture of stagnation - every change meant to turn the business around, or drive new initiatives is slowed to a grinding halt by the need to get everyone on board. It makes it impossible to drive change and results.

Pros

Great company that provides work life balance and has great benefits

Cons

Doesn't have a clear direction on where the marketing organization is heading and doesn't listen to employee feedback. Feels like a facade sometimes when they claim to care about employees

Pros

Good work life balance for the most part.

Cons

Onboarding is severely lacking. It's getting very micro-managed, and the only priority is how you're going to save the company money (HMM).
