Pros

Pretty relaxed, easy going, easy work. Get to work by yourself

Cons

Don't forget to pay you, If you don't check em won't pay you your full amount, get your ode, If they say there's a hiring bonus, and And you don't bring it up during my hiring process, they won't give it to you. And when they say they pay for mileage? That's only if you're driving their company vehicle

Pros

I learned quite a bit and plenty of hands-on experience working in both hot and cold sides of the food service industry. Pay was decent, had my own truck and supplies.

Cons

While my hot side instructor made it worthwhile to learn the trade, my cold side trainer, while very knowledgeable in the field, was a condescending, snide, disrespectful individual. Constant displays of public humiliation, crude remarks and barking orders on a daily basis. And yet because I reported him I was blackballed. I would also inquire about trainings with no response, so it’s questionable as to just how much they were really invested in me.
