Pros

Fantastic pharmacy team to help with patient care. Extremely helpful.

Cons

Treated as a number only and someone to fill a position. You are not made to feel that you are a valued member of their organization. Care more about numbers and money than patient care.

Pros

The providers are great to work with

Cons

Everything else about the clinic. The management is so poor that the employee turnover rate is astronomical. When you go to HR regarding issues they just try and turn it back around on it being a staff issue. The pay is awful and not enough to live on unless you have a second job. If you enjoy being overworked for lack of compensation than this is the place of employment for you!

Pros

The office I work at is amazing. I love my patients and coworkers and they are what keep me going back. No weekends or holidays is nice too.

Cons

Pay is awful. They hire new hires at more than what they are paying current staff. No incentive to work harder or do a good job as everyone receives the same percent as a merit raise. PTO is not good until you get to 10+ years in. Healthcare is very pricey.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pay, merit raises, PTO, and healthcare costs. We understand that fair compensation is an essential part of job satisfaction and motivation, and we are actively working to address this. We are reviewing our pay scale and benefits packages to ensure that we are competitive and that we reward our loyal and hardworking employees. Thank you for suggesting retention bonuses as an alternative to sign-on bonuses. We will certainly consider this option as we strive to show our appreciation to our dedicated staff.
