Pros

I have had a tremendously positive experience working here, largely due to the fantastic culture and the transparent leadership exhibited by the Executive leadership team. The company is grounded in transformational science, and it's inspiring to see such a strong focus on execution while maintaining a supportive environment where people genuinely listen and care for each other. The pace is undoubtedly fast, but it's this speed that provides ample opportunities for professional growth and learning.

Cons

While there are many strengths, there is still room for improvement in the area of prioritization. The fast pace, although beneficial for learning, can sometimes lead to challenges in managing workloads effectively. It's encouraging to see steps being taken towards better prioritization, and I believe that continuing to refine this process will greatly enhance our efficiency and job satisfaction.
