Priorities at one of the CO-based communities are all off. A lot of the management is unprofessional and frankly immature. You are more likely to catch the ED outside smoking than actually interacting with the residents. AL and MC are forgotten entities and the care they receive which comes down from the company's overall disregard for AL and MC is very apparent. Facility is not clean, food is subpar without fresh fruits, vegetables - nutrition is definitely lacking. While most of the employees who are directly involved with care of residents care a great deal, the management does not reward those employees, and therefore they frequently leave.

most of the management will make you feel guilty about needing to call out
