Railroad retirement and benefits. Free parking. Nice locations and overall friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Poor management and leadership. If you like working long hours and not learning much, this is a place for you. Very little recognition of good workers. Too much playing favorites.

Pay checks cleared. That’s it.

Cons

There isn’t enough room here to even begin. The most horrible group of “management” I’ve ever seen. Rejects and bad apples from Class 1s come here to pound their chests and show their authority. It’s amazing to me that some of these guys ever got through any job interview (read: they didn’t because it’s cronyism). Their arrogance level is indescribable. And lower level managers are absolutely worthless, following their bosses around like puppy dogs. Overall the most disheartening experience of my life to have spent many years at a great company......only to have these whackos come in and destroy it all.
