      Pros

      Pay is good, very little vacation time. Work with minimal staff. They offer a weekend Warrior program with great pay but only get 2 weekends off a year. Can’t go to the hospital and make more. No mandatory weekends.

      Cons

      Hope you like to chart! You spend most of your time charting and very little time with patients.
