      -Best pay in this area -The patients you get close to.

      Cons

      -Short staffed -Inappropriate personal relationships, causing favoritism -Extremely poor management -Continues to accept patients that are physically violent and when asking for help you are ignored or denied help. -Allows staff members to be disrespectful, lazy, entitled, insubordinate, continuously late and nothing happens but if you aren’t part of their “clubs” you are actually punished for almost every small infraction.
