Pros

Decent bonuses and pay during COVID 19. Lovely residents.

Cons

Understaffed wouldn’t accurately describe this place. The ratio of residents to employees was incredibly unsafe at times, and no one seemed to care. Major corporation so they are taking advantage of residents and their families without providing them quality care.
