      Pros

      My patients are the reason I stay. My coworkers are also wonderful. Lately, there is poor mgmt and leadership. Benefits are horrible, esp the cost of health care

      Cons

      It is a high stress environment with low wages and poor benefits. It is hard to say anything good. Been with this co for a long time, but wouldn't recommend it any more.

      Pros

      Colleagues that I worked with were professional, friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents.

      Cons

      At the time I was working upper management and administration put a freeze on raises. Additionally, health benefits also decreased and cost increased.

      Therapy co-workers, patient population in SNF, rewarding work

      Cons

      Complete disconnect with corporate. Being forced to do group or concurrent treatment when not appropriate. High productivity standards. Only being recognized for doing things poorly. No raises ever. Expected to travel to numerous buildings in the area. Would not recommend working for them to anybody, unless you have it written that you wouldn't have to travel and if you had a good facility staff.
