      Many locations to work at with the option to transfer to other buildings

      Cons

      Freeze on raises Poor health benefits No contribution from company to 401k No holidays guaranteed to be off, (expected to work Christmas and Thanksgiving) Lack of appreciation for therapists Very minimal orientation/training as a new hire Patients do not come first
