      Good online resources , online CEU's available

      Cons

      Increasing group treatments, poor benefits, no raises, health insurance keeps increasing in cost, challenging to take PTO, only 2 holidays. A lot of cutbacks and management turnover.

      This company has many locations in the state of NH

      Cons

      Severly and dangerously understaffed, upper management does nothing about very violent residents resulting in staff assaults almost daily, many many medication errors, targeted terminations, and bad staff go undisciplined. Pay rates are on the lower spectrum and the benefits are not the greatest.

      decent pay-good raises when raises were given. I have not had a raise in 5 years

      just lost genesis contract at our building. genesis will not give us any of our accrued vacation time. I lost 140 hrs, some lost over 200 hours of vacation time. Too many rules and limitations on taking vacation(hence the high vacation hours). if low on hours, will not let you use vacation or PTO hours to make up the difference, so you just have low- hour checks. thats ok once in a while but when it happens check after check, its frustrating beyond words
