      Pros

      Good people. For the most part, I've met some amazing ppl working for Genesis. That's about the best thing you can count on working here.

      Cons

      They expect certain positions to take on 50 different roles. So it seems that the employees are pretty underpaid & they're not quite seeing their value.

      Therapy co-workers, patient population in SNF, rewarding work

      Cons

      Complete disconnect with corporate. Being forced to do group or concurrent treatment when not appropriate. High productivity standards. Only being recognized for doing things poorly. No raises ever. Expected to travel to numerous buildings in the area. Would not recommend working for them to anybody, unless you have it written that you wouldn't have to travel and if you had a good facility staff.
