      relationships with long-term residents; immense experience in difficult environment - good for starter/pre-nursing/pre-heathcare degree job

      Understaffed; lack of supplies; lack of recognition; lack of communication between levels of staff

      Great place to work, better than most facilities in MA.

      Cons

      Lots of paperwork, some of it is too redundant.

      Pros

      I worked at the Bradford oaks facility, the residents were pretty cool and the family members were nice too at times. Management was nice too if you got to know them

      Cons

      Management did not do their job well, residents expected you to do everything and you could only do so much because you were only the receptionist and were their for four hours. Phones rang so much and always got cursed at because nurses NEVER picked up the phone always busy NOT doing their jobs.
