Pros

I have been with Genesis for 25 years, working up the ladder. From a floor nurse, to supervisor to unit manager, RNAC, and now to clinical admissions director. There is definitely room to grow and advance with Genesis. I work on my own, nice to not be micromanaged.

Cons

Sometimes things do not get passed down promptly for all staff. EX; a change in policy that may effect my job in the hospitals reviewing pts.
