      Pros

      Paid vacation, flexible hours, can transfer easily

      Cons

      Poor communication, poor management of therapists, lack of appreciation toward therapists, only care about meeting minutes for RUG levels. High productivity standards. Will cut your hours if they want to. They advised me to find a part time job when they unexpectedly gave my hours to a salaried employee.

      The only thing that I can say good about this company is that it is close to my home.

      Cons

      They hire inexperienced foreigners and put them in charge (That is a joke). There Insurance is extremely expensive and doesn't cover much more than an office visit. Management has no sack to stand up to these ridiculous DOR's that they put in charge only because they can bully them and not pay them what the should make and they continually try to drive salaries down.

      Pros

      Rehab team in my building is the best that I have worked with.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE upper management!!!!! It's NEVER their fault and since upper management generates no income, guess who ALWAYS is going to "sacrifice for the good of the company". Most recently we are giving up 2 vacation days. If you can find a job somewhere else.....run! don't walk!
