      Pros

      Amazing coworkers! 99% of the therapists are there because they love providing patient care - too bad the company makes that so difficult.

      Cons

      Dont treat employees well! All about profit! No value placed on those providing hands on patient care. Without us there would be no profitable company.

      Pros

      Big company with good advancement opportunities. Lots of educational and free CEU training. Productivity is manageable / obtainable and not to high like other rehab companies. Is a stable company that is well versed and ready for the changes coming to healthcare.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, no paid holidays or bonuses. Yearly raises depend on profits- which usually means no raises. The company is so large that it is hard to get an answer to questions, you need to go through many many different levels to get to the person that has the answers.
