      Pros

      Love caring for and helping others. Had some great co-workers. 12 hour shifts only had to work three days a week for full time pay.

      Cons

      The place was a mess. Management took away employee bonuses to keep money for themselves. State was called in constantly because of poor management. Management did not care about the health and care of patients, only about how many people they could squeeze into the facility to get more money.

      Terrible health insurance, poor communication. Fearful of my license due to poor nursing staff. High rate of turnover. No raises. Call is horrible.
