      The residents are the only positive

      Cons

      The residents are mistreated and not cared for at all. Upper management does not care at all. You will be threatened with being fired if you bring items to the residents. (This was during COVID lockdown when some have no one to bring them items they need and they can’t go out: items as simple as gum and a charger for the residents phone)
