      Excellent resources both online and in person. Great benefits and lots of recognition for advanced programs provided by the company

      A lot of upper management which means lots of micromanagement.

      The people are awesome, it's like one huge family! Team players throughout!

      Cons

      The site where I work could use a new air conditioning system...the currnt one keeps breaking down. On cooler days it's not so bad but on 100+ degree days it's like a sauna! The air is so thick you can cut it with a knife.
