      Pros

      I can't really think of good reasons to work there. The pay wasn't too bad for most nursing homes. The patients were the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      Co-workers weren't happy. They would pick fights right on the floor in front of patients. It was hard to watch the way some workers would treat the patients.

      It is a great place to work if you have no previous experience..They give you the opportunity to start without prior experience.

      Cons

      There are a lot of preferences. People can get away with a lot of things if you are close to management.

      Pros

      pay, coverage for PTO when needed, provision of inhouse continuing ed, pay checks in direct deposit weekly and accurate, decent PTO provision

      Cons

      Supervisor lacks leadership skills, unfair treatment, expectation to stay past eight hours unpaid to finish documentation, computerized documentation system inefficient, unfair treatment of employees, very "cliquey"
