      Good benefits such as health insurance, and paid time off accrual.

      Cons

      Corporate only seems to care about profits over the actual care of the residents. Center management does not understand how to do their tasks, nor delegate tasks properly. Center management commits ADA violations almost daily. Center management does not take responsibility for their failures, but instead tries to make everything the fault of the workers under them.
