      Pros

      Get to work with patients and residents in a rewarding career. Rewarding from knowing you give good care and residents and families appreciate you.

      Cons

      Corporation continues to grow and with healthcare costs on the rise the people with their boots on the ground, doing the day to day care are not being recognized by the leaders. You become just a number. The more hands on work you do, the more you become just a number. Treated like a laborer not a person with skills and heart for the healthcare setting.
