They gave us a raise and shift diff last July which they have since removed .. also relived paying the supervisors but want same work output Never enough staff but no bonus to even try to cover shifts Extreme favoritism with certain employees Do not enforce any of the call off policies Could go on and on

Fantastic DOR. Fantastic building administrator. Fantastic coworkers. Productivity standards are required but lower than some companies.

Cons

Company does not give paid holidays. They rarely give raises and if so it is menial. Only if you work Thanksgiving can you get extra pay. Push for productivity standards.
