Worst rehab company you can work for. Employees and patients are only numbers to corporate.

Pros

We have a great team at my center who care very much about providing quality treatment to each patient.

Cons

No raises. Corporate expects Therapist to see 18 patients a day. All about reimbursement. Unethical productivity standards. They really see patients as cash cows , nothing more. The only way I can work here is knowing that I provide the best value of care I can in spite of corporate expectations.

PT, OT, ST often worked together good group of peers. We were always making therapy with what we had available or what we brought in to keep it therapeutically engaging.

Cons

The poor facility, not a hard knock just the status of SNF'S, financially downturns.

Most of the staff was friendly and flexible

Cons

Not enough staff and what staff they had were constantly underpaid and worked too hard. Resident to nurse ratio is way too high. I could've been flipping burgers and made more money without needing to pay for certifications
