Decent therapy staff. Large gym to work in.

Cons

Indifferent mgmt, high stress environment. The only thing that matters is productivity. Frequently have to work off the clock to avoid being under 90% productive. No pay increases or holiday pay. Med B patients are picked up for rehab even if the PT doesn't thinks it's warranted or clinically apprpriate, just for the money. The facility itself is dated, aging and dirty. The nurses are rude, disrespectful and treat CNA and Therapy staff poorly. Dont even think about approaching the nurses station to consult, or ask a question about a patient you are treating. You will be given an attitude, and made to feel like a nuisance. The wheelchairs are old, filthy and in disrepair. Equipment is limited.
