Pros

Loves the facility nurses and aides. They all work so hard to care for the patients. Good experience and education of entry level healthcare.

Cons

Nurses and aides are all overworked and underpaid, the management staff does not give them enough credit. No appreciation or recognition from administrator for a job well done.

Is no support from the corporate company until something major happens and then they react they are not pro Healthcare they are not pro employee they are all about the money that is it put a head in the bed they don't care if the patient and family can pay they don't care if they put them in financial ruin they don't truly care about anything other than making the Medicare money
