      Pros

      The other therapists I work with are all very talented and committed to providing the very best patient care. And the patients themselves are awesome!

      Cons

      Emphasis on “ getting minutes”. This company clearly cares more about making money than they do their staff. Only 2 paid holidays, 2 years without any salary increases.

      It was close to home for me , they offered a lengthy orientaion/ training time for new grad nurses.

      Lack of management concern , drama amongst staff, crazy force over policy , frozen raises , short staffed

      Easy work, friendly environment, residents are nice, never a dull day

      Cons

      Low pay, little room for growth or raises, run by a corporation that only cares about residents paying their rent. Supervision is not very professional and does not know how to treat or talk to their employees in an appropriate way.
