      Poor management but great co-workers

      Pros

      Co-workers were great. Caring and skilled Therapists. I loved working with them.

      Cons

      Management took away annual raises from employees and did not compensate employees for taking on multiple roles. Management did not seem to listen to workers complaints of unfair expectations.

      Co-workers that I love working with, employee appreciation, flexible schedule, close to home.

      Cons

      Crappy health insurance. I would have given 5 stars but they cut out some of our PTO days, took away raises (for now), and the afore mentioned crappy health insurance.
