Pros
I've been lucky to work with great therapy teams at all the facilities I have worked at. Free CEUs through online website. Reimbursement for professional dues.
Cons
Every year they have cut benefits, reduced paid time off, or implemented wage freezes. They haven't provided 401k matching contributions in the past 4 years (it is discretionary). When wages haven't been frozen, the maximum annual merit raise is 2%, but the lengthy annual review scoring calculator makes that very hard to achieve.
