      Pros

      Only positive is at the building level if you have a good management team who can shield the employees from the corporate bologna

      Cons

      Horrible pay, horrible corporate culture that changes regularly. If they are good they’ll be gone must be genesis’ motto. Too heavy corporate executive that have run the company into the ground and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat residents and employees.

      Pros

      A couple good nurses for the neglected residents. The company doesn't deserve them.

      Cons

      This company just filed chapter 11. There is no $$ for anything including the raises that have been promised for years. No bonuses, no incentive to keep you there. So short staffed constantly ,, DON & ADON never come on the floor to help.. Dont work for a company in chapter 11. Especially this greedy mismanaged company. Horrible.
