Too much middle management, non-productive personnel, need to push productive personnel more to make up the productivity. Company seems just too specialized with upper level personnel, those above the rehab manager level, who are good people but are also non-productive and get nice salaries, I'm sure. That leaves the burden of producing on....guess who? Somebody has to bring in the income to pay for anyone in a non-productive position. Plus, the company is just getting too big, they will buy up smaller contract companies

Employees are expected to work overtime, yet not allowed to work over 8 hours. They are not realistic with the time put into documentation and technological failure. It is a huge stress on everyone in the department, and since it has been implemented the quality of the treatments have deteriorated. Also, the flexibility required for each therapist has gone to the extreme, with being sent home at a moment's notice, if there isn't enough treatments for all therapists, or staying overtime, if we don't have enough therapists to meet the expectations.
