      Pros

      Rehab team in my building is the best that I have worked with.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE upper management!!!!! It's NEVER their fault and since upper management generates no income, guess who ALWAYS is going to "sacrifice for the good of the company". Most recently we are giving up 2 vacation days. If you can find a job somewhere else.....run! don't walk!

      Great coworkers , great team and good patients. I've worked at same building for 11 years, all was great until genesis took over...

      Cons

      Most greedy company I've ever worked for.. And although they give you PTO, you can't use it. Do not recommend.

      Great building and therapist , not too bad of PTO

      Cons

      Poor benefits , unrealistic expectations, integrity of company has declined significantly with Medicare restrictions, poor company appreciation. Very stressful place to work
