Pros
Genesis has a great group of people who truly care about one another. The culture is generally supportive, understanding, and family-oriented, with flexibility that feels respectful rather than taken advantage of. I’ve worked with many dedicated leaders and teammates who want to do the right thing and support their teams.
Cons
Training and organization can be inconsistent, particularly with frequent organizational changes. Processes and expectations often shift after employees have already adapted, which can feel frustrating and inefficient. These changes happen regularly enough that it can be difficult to feel fully grounded or confident in long-term workflows.
