      Great OOO and holidays time off.

      Cons

      Too high of retention rate from people leaving and getting fired. Team cycles out too much. Management fails to help employees which in turn created the high turnover. Laid off too many people forcing existing team to have minimal bandwidth. Forces existing hires to wear too many hats.
