Genesys really is a great company, especially when you consider it is a large industry leading company owned by Private Equity. That means there is a big focus on driving business results, of course, but the company lives up to the core values of ethics and empathy in the way they treat employees. Compensation and benefits are good and there's room for career growth. There is a real emphasis on team (we call it One Genesys) throughout all levels of the company and, in my experience, people live up to it.

Cons

Genesys has grown relatively rapidly, and the industry is always changing. Staying on top of the technology and product offers is like drinking from a firehose. It can be pressure filled at times. So, it's basically like every other SaaS company in the world right now.

Benefits are amazing. Empathy is one of their pillars and is truly shown in my experience throughout the company.

Cons

Aquired companies have a stark difference in culture and when they come on board it is genuinely an us versus them mentality from the aquired staff which made my time there difficult.
