The company had a great work life balance globally. There is an emphasis on Diversity equity .
Cons
The Multi cloud team is a disaster and there's layoff due to the politics. The entire product team in India is new and all old guys left the company due to bad management by local head of product. The global product leaders also left company. This attrition was never addressed. The leaders responsible for this attrition was appreciated as top performers and were also given promotion. Unfortunately the new recruits took a long time to understand the product and could not drive Multi cloud movement effectively. Hence the entire product is closed down and lot of people were fired. The product managers in India don't know anything about their respective products. They just hang on to their jobs creating a in efficient delivery.
