I had the unfortunate experience of working here and it seems like they don't care about their employees, just the bottom line. There's no room for advancement, and there's no recognition or appreciation for the hard work we put in. Management doesn't listen to our complaints and it's hard to get any help when you need it. The pay isn't great either, and there's no real incentive to do well. I would not recommend this company for anyone that sells for a living.

Low Salary, Too much fluff, small town centric. Too many employees end up quoting Tony bates and others with understanding the implications. Almost a cult type culture.
