Pros

1. Training curriculum is quite solid and very well organized. 2. Flat hierarchy; it's quite easy to reach out to any one at the company. 3. Colleagues are quite assistive and welling to help. 4. Trusting environment; a one feels trusted to do his work without being monitored all the time. 5. Flexibility; a one can have his own space to work without being surrounded with a few limited options.

Cons

1. I'd appreciate having more personal meetings with the new hires for feedback and improvements, not only through emails. 2. Sometimes, I feel a bit uncomfortable and left-out, especially when the manager is remotely located. Thus, I'd suggest more personal face-to-face meetings to help mitigate this.
