Pros
First of all, challenging and interesting technical tasks. Competent colleagues to learn from. Very nice office. Travels to US. Nice, intelligent people. The feeling you get when you're part of something big and successful. Salary and bonuses are really good.
Cons
Often things get chaotic. Sometimes things get boring. Negotiating time for refactoring can be a challenge (though it may differ from team to team): new features often get priority over old bugs. Some bureaucracy of course (you can't get away of this in a big company). Trying to improve the process can be quite tough.
