      Pros

      There's no shortage of learning and fun! Joining the company while fully remote during COVID was intimidating at first, but through excellent onboarding, open communication, and in-depth training employees are set up for great success. Now that we're returning to the office, we have access to the (amazingggg) Bistro, more on-site collaboration, and better interaction with our products. Genetec allows for innovation and encourages growth for its employees.

      Great environment to work in. A lot of knowledge transfers going on which is a good thing. A lot of rooms to learn and build yourself.

      Salary is quite low compare to average.

      Great work atmosphere. Bistro food is excellent. Good perks. Free coffee and fruits. Free parking. REM station been built right in front of the office.

      Cons

      Might be a little bit far and if you don't drive it is hard to get there in public transportation.
