To begin, Genetec has a great culture. The company values teamwork and everyone collaborates to achieve our goals. I started as an intern and was hired part-time. Hence, Genetec values their interns and students. The job is challenging and exciting.

Not a lot of opportunities for non-developers (non-technical folks supporting development activities). Salaries are lower than salaries in similar positions in the region
