Lack of security of the job, always under stress that will lose the job, poor integration if you are not French Canadian, enclave spirit of small groups and difficult to penetrate. The managers dismiss people under mood, in same way that they hire them. Totally lack of professionalism. Gossips about other groups in company and former employees. Not worth to take the risk despise the facade advantages. Those advantages could be found in other places. Worst treatment that I had in my more of 10 years of career. Only if you want a bad experience.

Some departments could be very political. The one i know is IT/IS Employees sitting there for decades are just playing politics. If you are a part of some cultural gang you will survive otherwise... good luck. They just promote anyone without even analyzing if a person is a good fit for leadership role. Which sometimes becomes very uncomfortable because they make stupid decisions which in no way goes in favour of the company of their business. They hire incompetent people to create teams that would do wonders! Salaries are below market. Those who are interested to go in should emphasize on base salary. Their bonus structure is very tricky.
