      Pros

      So many pro's about Genetec. They have an incredible culture and really spoil their employees. It's the type of company where not a day goes by where you are not learning something new.

      Cons

      Honestly every company has something they can improve on, if you don't like fast pace then this won't be the place for you. I don't see that as a con, I see it as growth but I am sure everyone will see it differently.

      Lunch for 2$ Lunch to go for 3$ Free gym Good equiment for employee productivity (Surface hub and good computers) Super flex hour Can work one day per week from home Recurrent 5 to 7 Good team spirit and opened to new ideas Insanely good coffee for free (and tea) Access to a kinesiologist and nutritionist for free 4 days a week Open space areas with lots of daylight Insane Christmas party

      New building is far from the headquarters and cafeteria (8 minutes walk)
