      Pros

      Great work environment, pretty good team members, some opportunities to explore other interests, company in full growth mode and a market leader in its industry

      Cons

      While many employees seem to find opportunities to move up/sideways to desired challenges, there seems to be a level of cronyism involved and others may find their career path undefined

      Open channels of communication accross all levels of managment. Full of challenges but you work with bright people and leading edge technology.

      Got to work with the latest technology.

      Cons

      I have never worked at such a cheap and disorganised company! Management in my department changed 3 times in the year that I worked there. The HR is the busiest dept in the company due to the constant coming and going of staff. Productivity is low due to everyone listening to music with headphones, or "working from home". An exercise room, free expressos, and flexible hours do not make a TOP EMPLOYER!
