      Pros

      Very interesting projects, lots of people to help you learn. Very nice social environnement and good compensation. Like the flexible schedule

      Cons

      Not much to say. Physical location makes transportation hard during rush hour, but easily avoided with the flexible schedule

      -Work with cutting edge technologies. -Work as part of the team and not feel like an intern. -Efficient development cycles, with much less overhead than at some big companies. -In-house gym access and variety of activities available. -In-house cafeteria with serious employee discount.

      Cons

      -The company is located next to Trudeau Airport which might not be convenient for some.
