Changed managers within a month. was initially hired as a developer but with new manager I would be installing acess control boxes and video surveillance cameras which would mean lots of travel

1-fast growing in this field of surveillance and security software 2- good salaries comparing to other companies in Montreal 3- good for new graduates

Cons

1- for some ppl you feel like you begin it from all over again, specially if you are expert in your area 2- some departments works in relaxed atmosphere where some is usually under pressure 3- a lot of arrogant ppl 4- no communication and you ve to struggle to get a right info 5- teamwork is almost does not exist here
