      Pros

      Canadian and french teams seem very friendly Extra mid-year and end-of-the year bonuses Yearly Canada gathering, and yearly continental gathering, travel allowances Work Time flexibility

      Cons

      Very toxic culture in some teams (especially UK London IA) - lot's of drama, politics, lack of transparent communication, autocratic culture, lying on a constant basis. Drama, drama, drama. Just people who have deep issues.

      (subjective) hybrid with 2 mandatory days at the office in Montréal, but the public transport system is bad at this area.
