      The position was not what I was promised during interviews. There is a lot of red tape. Manager was never honest and I was let go for lack of performance after I was told repeatedly that I was doing a good job

      HR employees were very welcoming.

      Cons

      Poor training and no training for relevant work Level 2 from CRM Software Support Analyst. They placed me in level 1 for a long time because management felt the agent needed a break from her job. Team leader was condescending, rude and extremely abnoxious throughout the entire 6 weeks I felt like going back to my previous employment every single day. Then put me on the spot for a subject I wasn't fully trained on. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered in 15 years of IT. The only decent employees were HR. Everyone else was rude.

      Pros

      Interesting field of work. It's fun being pretty close to a bunch of hardware. Pierre is an interesting person. Holiday parties were always good.

      Cons

      Management threw me under the bus when my car got broken into and my company laptop was stolen among all my personal stuff as well. They don't pay very well. Most colleagues are on the less skilled side.
